Remotle: Sign In and Connect

This guide is for end users connecting to their workstation for the first time.

Time Required

Please allow 5 minutes.

Workstation Assignment

Your administrator must assign a workstation to you before you can connect. If no workstation appears after you sign in, ask your administrator.

Sign in

1. Open Computle (Remotle).

2. Click Login with Microsoft.

3. Enter your work email and password.

4. If requested, approve the sign-in on your mobile device.

5. Wait for Remotle to sign you in.

   Your assigned workstations are listed.

Sign in with email

If your organisation does not use Microsoft sign-in, click Or sign in with email. Remotle sends a sign-in link to your email address. The link works once and expires after 15 minutes.

On iPad and iPhone you can also sign in with Apple.

Organisation pending approval

If you see “Organisation pending approval”, your organisation is registered with Computle and awaiting approval. You can sign in once it has been approved.

Connect

1. Click Connect next to your workstation.

   Remotle shows each step as it connects: Signing in, Finding your machine, Starting your machine, Authorising, Connecting, Starting your desktop.

2. Your workstation desktop opens.

   The first time you connect, a short walkthrough explains the session menu. Click Start working to close it.

Workstation status

Status	Meaning
Powered on	Ready to connect.
In use by you	You have a session open on this workstation. Click Reconnect to return to it.
Maintenance	The workstation is under maintenance and cannot be connected to.
Connecting	Remotle is connecting to the workstation.

Sign out

Click Sign out at the top of Your machines, then confirm.
