In-Session Messages
These messages appear during a session.
Reconnecting
Section titled “Reconnecting”Remotle reconnects by itself when the connection drops. “Your stream will resume automatically.”
To stop, click Cancel and Exit, or press Esc.
Your machine is restarting
Section titled “Your machine is restarting”The workstation is restarting. Remotle waits for it to come back and reconnects. A Windows update can take several minutes.
The screen has stopped updating
Section titled “The screen has stopped updating”The session is still connected but the workstation has not sent a new picture. Remotle keeps waiting. If it continues for several minutes, contact your administrator.
This device’s network connection is unstable
Section titled “This device’s network connection is unstable”The network on your device is dropping data. The session may lag or reconnect until the network recovers. Move closer to your Wi-Fi router, or use a wired connection.
This device is offline
Section titled “This device is offline”Your device has lost its internet connection. Remotle reconnects when it is back.
This workstation has no GPU
Section titled “This workstation has no GPU”“Performance may be reduced in graphics-intensive applications.”
The workstation does not have a supported graphics card. This is expected on workstations without one.
This device is not using its graphics hardware
Section titled “This device is not using its graphics hardware”Remotle is decoding or drawing the picture on your device’s processor, so the picture may be slower. Update your device’s graphics drivers. If it continues, report the problem from the session menu.
Energy Saver is on
Section titled “Energy Saver is on”Windows only. “Energy Saver is on, so this computer is running slower and the session may lag. Plug in or turn Energy Saver off for full speed.”
The remote PC’s speaker and microphone aren’t using Computle audio
Section titled “The remote PC’s speaker and microphone aren’t using Computle audio”Another application on the workstation has changed the default sound devices. Click Use Computle audio.
License warning
Section titled “License warning”“Server license cannot be revalidated. Streaming continues for up to 24 h.”
The workstation could not check its licence. The session continues. Contact your administrator if it persists.
License invalid
Section titled “License invalid”“Server license has expired or could not be validated. Streaming will stop.”
Contact your administrator.
USB devices are turned off by your organisation
Section titled “USB devices are turned off by your organisation”Copying to your Computle machine is turned off by your organisation
